A sampling of some of our projects
As part of a campaign to promote the Nissan "Cube," Advanced Foam was given the task of building ten of these 6-foot by 6-foot by 6-foot structures, with cutouts that resemble the car's rounded and asymmetrical windows. Half-inch-thick heat-formed acrylic windows were placed inside before the tops were added. All exterior surfaces were Polycoated before finishing by the customer.

Advanced Foam turned out nearly 300 traveling foam "walls" for the hit 2009 TV game show "Hole in the Wall."

Below: These Polycoated Russia- and India-style onion domes -- 10 in all -- were a prominent stage prop on NBC's "Superstars of Dance" TV program. The largest ones measured 66 inches in diameter and were 102 inches tall.

This giant video game controller, with Polycoat finish, was actually a stage for a rap performer's act.

For the 78th Academy Awards at the Kodak Theatre, Advanced Foam fabricated the tiered foam roof and other trim details for this box office prop, as well as the tiered bases (and matching capitals) of the six fluted columns.

Above and right: Polycoated foam props made for a Super Bowl party in Las Vegas. The football pedestal was 13 feet tall, the helmet three feet in diameter.

Sculpting is not Advanced Foam's forte, but that doesn't mean we can't help the process along. In the case of these five-foot-high knight chess figures, we first machine-cut the horse side and front profiles, then they were shaped by the customer and returned to us for cementitious coating. A full 32-piece chess set was produced for a Honda commercial.

Above: This fruit drink promotion booth started out as a 16-foot tall

foam plug (right), which in turn was drawn and scaled from the six-inch plastic bottle displayed here by one of Advanced Foam's most experienced craftsmen.

Above and right: These 36-inch diameter columns for Paramount Studios were given a Polycoat finish. These are the lower sections; total height with the entasis-cut top sections was just under 22 feet.

Advanced Foam fabricated and Polycoated this large railroad car detail for Castle Rock Pictures' "Polar Express."
MGM TV's "Red, White & Blonde" features these 84-inch diameter fluted columns, seen here being assembled and in our Polycoat spray booth.

Advanced Foam made six of these intricate circular window sections for "Daredevil" from 20th Century Fox. The delicate structure measured 20-1/2 feet in diameter when assembled and was built to exacting tolerances.
